Mercury Prize 상을 수상한 영국 Leeds 출신의 아트 펑크, 인디 록밴드 English Teacher의 20024년 메이저 데뷰 앨범 [This Could Be Texas]! 여성 보컬리스트 Lily Fontaine, 기타리스트 Lewis Whiting, 드러머 Douglas Frost, 베이시스트 Nicholas Eden, 5인조로 이루어져있고 2020년 디지털 싱글 'You Won't Believe How Beautiful She Is When It Has Snowed'를 시작으로 대중들에게 이름을 알렸다. 본 앨범은 Bjork, Depeche Mode, Animal Collective, Groove Armada 등과 작업했던 프로듀서 Marta Salogni와 함께 완성했으며 싱글 'The World's Biggest Paving Slab', 'R&B'로 미니멀하면서도 독특한 아트 펑크한 사운드로 사랑을 받고 있다.
