브리티쉬 인베이젼, 바로크팝, 브리티쉬 사이키델릭 팝으로 대표되었던 그룹 The Zombies의 뉴베스트 앨범 [The Zombies And Beyond]!!! 키보디스트 Rod Argent와 보컬리스트 Colin Blunstone가 중심이되어 61년 영국 St Albans에서 결성된 이들은 당대 최고의 밴드 The Beatles와 The Kinks가 이끌었던 브리티쉬 인베이젼에 합류하며 크게 성공한 밴드이다. 이번 베스트 앨범에는 64년 빌보드 팝 싱글차트 2위 까지 올랐던 "She's Not There" (이곡은 나중에 그룹 Santana가 리메이크 해 더욱 유명해졌다) 레전드 George Gershwin의 곡을 리메이크한 명곡 "Summertime" 68년도 앨범 [Odessey and Oracle]에 싱글커트되어 국내에서도 많은 사랑을 받았던 "Time Of The Season" 그룹 Kiss가 리메이크하며 메틀팬들에게도 잘 알려진 "God Gave Rock And Roll To You" 사이키델릭록 그룹으로 국내 아트록팬들에게도 잘알려진 People의 히트곡 I Love You"가 Zombies의 오리지날 버전으로 수록되어있다.
