2008년 여름 빌보드 모던록차트 1위곡 'Feel Good Drag', 뉴웨이브록그룹 New Order의 'True Faith'를 강렬한 얼터너티브록으로 승화시켰던 플로리다 Winter Haven 출신의 5인조 록그룹 Anberlin의 5집 신작 [Dark Is The Way: Light Is A Place]!!! Pearl Jam, Rage Against the Machine을 지휘했던 명프로듀서 Brendan O'Brien과의 첫 작품으로 발매와 함께 빌보드 앨범차트 9위에 오르는 쾌조의 스타트를 보여주고 있다. 지난 7월 12일 첫선을 보였던 어덜트 얼터너티브 싱글 'Impossible'과 함께 역시 강렬한 이모/얼터너티브 사운드가 각인되는 'We Owe This To Ourselves', 세련된 멜로디 라인을 간직한 'Art Of War'등 총 10곡 수록!
